Event on entering a building?

I gui i need help, i am new on Oxide (C#) i need a litle help to make a litle code.
I want to send a message to client when is enter on building (Juste event when is over foundation)

Could just make a zone on it and put an enter/leave message if you like?

Can i limite zone to inside build ? example i want to limite zone for 4x4 foundation.

 

ZoneManager lets you manually set zones wherever you'd like, however big you want them.
