Elevators [Unmaintained]

Still does not work - any chance of this getting fixed still.

 

For me the elevators are invisible , validationlevel

How is yours actually working?, When I creatd an elevator in-game it generates the platform but doesnt go up or down.

 

Same happend to me. i dont think this works anymore.

Ok so I got the elevator to work finally but my problem is that the elevator is invisible. Is there a fix for this issue that I am having? Thanks in advance.

 

easy fix would be destrying the entity and creating it again
but that's a laggy workaround so i'm not going to post that.
tried a lot of things but was unable to fix it.

 

i did destroy the elevator and it was always doing the same thing not being visible.

 

i mean i would need to code it that it destroyes and rebuilds on every movement
so 20 times per second
which is too heavy for the server to handle of populated servers

 

get this error when trying to set a point

ok fixed that issue but it says its created it but i get the destrying sound and it dose not move ??

 

Could you please add permissions Renab? It'd be really useful for the kind of things that are happening on my server!

 

any news on a fix for this as it dosent work ? i can set the waypoints and elevator it make sa breaking sound i then remove the top floor and there is no elevator there am i doing something wrong here

 

elevator is not working.....it creates the elevator platform but does not move at all just sits there.

 

When I try to set the elevator with "elevator_add" it tells me I can't use that command, but yet there are no permissions. I am auth level 2.

So is this plugin pretty much dead?


So after restarting the server the Elevator_add command would work. It said it created the elevator and you can even see it on the ground, however the elevator does not move.

It's been almost a month since the Dev made any comments on this. Am I wasting my time?

 

What did you do to get it working?

Disregard...I saw what it's going to take to fix this. At this point, it should be moved to "unsupported". I'll just use a portal to fill my needs.

Appears to have been abandoned, or at least back-burnered.
