[DOUBLEPOST=1458396554][/DOUBLEPOST]A while ago my rust server fucked up with the day and night system,it changes to night every 5 sec and then after 5 sec again it changes to day and i cant manually fix it with either env.time or env.timescale or any plugins that changes the day (Right now i removed them because idont know what to do)
I would appreciate an answer from you shrotly since this is annoying as hell.

 

I tried manually changing time with /dayvote set and then all of a sudden its like an apocolypse and the sun is changing positions from nighttime to daytime every other second. Any fix?

 

Let me do some testing. If i can replicate, i'll get it resolved.

 

Seems to no longer work for me. Can't reload plugin, attempting to reinstall doesn't work. Does not appear to be a server issue.

i have a problem plugin is installed but no found by oxide.

 

I think I am having problems with permissions. I type in "oxide.grant group Player dayvote.use" and it says that it's added and I do the same with admin group, however it still says I don't have permissions. It says this when I reload the plugin:

Try also running "usergroup add YourName admin".

 

the player group was changed to default if it's not custom, so try oxide.grant group default dayvote.use

 

Thanks, I did try that before and it's possible that it took because now day vote works perfectly.

 

This has been tested - nothing to do with default vs player group, or being in the admin group - the plugin has reached some catastrophic failure and begins a 5 second change in night vs day. Tried this many times, several different ways, going with Resistance's suggestion until we can get a fix for this awesome plugin everyone uses on our server.

EDIT: NoNight does not work either. It runs into an error eventually when it's supposed to switch times.

Even when changing the time manually, you run into this error. The Devs for Rust need to address this asap.

EDIT: We upgraded our server to a monster system, and in doing so wiped all previous data, only recovering plugins. Now, the time seems to be "reset" to original settings, and I'm going to try DayVote again. It's one of the most popular plugins, so we want it back. If the same glitch begins to occur again, I'll notify you.

 

Im confused how do i grant everyone permission i get 'Group player doesn't exist' if i try
grant group player dayuse.vote

 

player group has been renamed to default sometime ago
grant group default dayuse.vote

In the .json config file, under messages. You do not need to use color words either, you can use hexadecimal color codes (google them for different shades).
