Universal Chat channels

Greetings.
I Think i requested that somewhere at some point already, but here we go again, since i still kinda need such thing.

Well, BetterChat is good and all, but if the Playercount reaches a certain point, it becomes hard to even follow everything. Specially with other messages like death notes that are spamming aswell.

Years ago there was a .lua plugin that served me quite well with that- "ChatChannels"

Basicly my request is a chat Plugin. even if its no full-standalone thing,
it could even use the BetterChat API,
so offer options like
-Disable globalchat as a player,
-Create/join/Leave Channels
-LocalChat ( not necessary )
- Force People into Channels as admin.

and some fancy stuff around.

Would be awesome and would make my life to much easier .
