players can build on water, caves, put signs in rocks and etc.

I have a working fix for it, I will post it on tomorrow, it's not perfect but it does the job

Fixed blocking build on rock, should also work for in cave, in rock, water, etc
Tell me if something still don't work and i'll try to fix it

 

still having problems with it allowing people to build on rocks. the building in rocks and stuff is fixed but you can still build on the rocks

 

With my version its working for me, are you sure you set "Block On Rock": true ?

 

yeah its set to true, when i put the plugin in it, worked for the inside of rocks but still able to build on them
