Any news about the radius feature ? for block players to building to close to buildings(rad towns and etc) that are blocked in the plugin?

I have installed the plugin v1.2.5, but even before last Rust update I noticed that the players are building in caves, although building in it should be blocked by plugin:
"Block In Rock Cave": true,
I asked a friend to test and he really was able to put a few bases inside the cave. All other restriction (in rocks, on metal sphere, in hangar and other) is working fine.

Yes, cave building is not being blocked.

I guess building blocker stopped working uh?

because everything is blocked here but players are building in caves and in the water
