  4. If You are using TruePVE You must Exclude Bots from This Pluggin.

  7. @smoke-uk - I'm not getting this. Maybe you need to update oxide?

    @ everyone else - Looks like recent update brought in code to clear inventory on death, and add random loot items in.
    That's why weapon drop isn't working, I guess?

    I'll have to look into how/if I can over ride this.
     
  8. I' updated after Thursdays Rust update. Has there been another Oxide update since?

  9. If you're using TruePVE Add Scientist and/or NPCScientist to the Entity Group in the TruePVE config

  12. @Steenamaroo After this patch I notice bots are dropping default rust loot when they are equipped with special kits to drop quest loots.
     
  13. I know I'm not the dev. But from what I've observed the Scientists are more or less operating like the Murderers now since FP has made changes to them. Kits are just aesthetic with weapon options. The latest BotSpawn update hasn't made any changes to override that yet. Or if it can be changed as stated above.

    Just stepping in since alerts are being screwy as far as if they get to people or not.
     
  14. Is it possible to spawn bots inside tunnels and underground areas. I have tried but they only spawn on the surface. I would go down make my zone and botspawn add. then I would set the radius to 1 and 1 bot and they still spawn on the surface
     
  15. The AI currently can't navigate such places. So if you try to spawn them there they will just spawn on the surface. Same with inside bases/large player built structures. They will just teleport outside to the ground.(usually)

  16. my bots placed into custom locations on hapis are not dropping their weapons despite being set to do so in the config.. any ideas?
     
  17. Yeah, since the update this morning, bots are spawning...but it seems like the config has no control over them..ie kits don't work and they dont drop weapons or rad suits
     
  18. The latest update from rust has changed the Scientists a great deal. Kits do nothing more than change how they look. If you spawn a scientist from console it doesn't drop a weapon or have a radsuit on it anymore. So as a result this has effected the plugin itself. My theory is this has to do with the upcoming hand made radiation suit. It may be coming sooner than later. And this would be why attire is no longer dropping from the scientist, as it will no longer be an item usable by the player.
     
  19. so the result is we do need to undo the kits we gave them with custom weapons and loot ?
    and make them dafault scientist with weapon drop at least?
