BetterChat

If you follow step by step, it should help you just fine. It shows you how you create a group, how to set it up and how to add people to it.
If it still doesn't help you, please tell me what exactly you want to achieve and I'll try to help you.

 

Press F1 in game, type in "chat group add Admin" and that will do it. Then you can add yourself to this group by typing in "chat user add CupCakeee Admin" and remove yourself from default group by "chat user remove CupCakeee default". Don't use the quotation marks, simple as that.

Can we get the option to toggle chat off? A simple command like /tchat that either prevents us from seeing all messages from players but allow to see messages from admins, and to turn chat back on. That'd be great.

Fresh install solved the problem.

 

You were using an outdated version of the plugin.

 

Hey hydra, I reinstalled the plugin and reinstalled oxide and even cleared all data etc to have fresh ranks and the plugin just doesnt work...

 

"the plugin doesn't work" is not very descriptive. Does it load? Do any errors occur (in the console / log files)? Did you use a command which didn't do what was expected? What did happen?

 

Its just not installing like theres nothing i try using commands and it says theres no command, my host messed up the console so i can't even access the log to show u rn...

 

Still not show Clan Tag for me. I fix code in Groups.json - but its not resolve my problem. How can I fix this?

 

Keep the GroupName to English and all lower case letters
Number 7 I renamed it to genso from ГЕНСТА if that's wrong in English can you fix the GroupName but in lower case

 

Sounds like you are not using the latest version of BetterChat.

The permission in 4.x.x should not be used anymore. Instead its recommended to use the 'chat' command. If you have other questions about moving to the latest version, don't hesitate to ask.

 

How do i get rid of the player Tag on a user, Ex. [player] Owner Bubbadude22. The Tag player wont Go away and once i made groups, 2 player Tags Popped up. EX. [player][player] Wise Hawiian. Please Help!

Seems like you are not using the latest oxide version. I recommend you getting the latest one.
