Hey I made 5 groups. Owner = Priority 0, Admin = Priority 1, Mod = Priority 2, default = Priority 3, and Survivalist = Priority 3. My friend joined the game and had the tags of both default and Survivalist. How do I make it so that people who join only have the default tag?

So is this a known problem with the latest BetterChat that clan tags are not showing? @Resistance i tried the Groups.json you post that added "ClanTagFormat": "[{Clan}] {Name}" but that did not fix anything. Any help on this ? If anything else can we go back to an older version that works with RustIO clans?

Hey I saw that you posted on the RUST IO forums. Would you be able to help me out? I posted on the forum a little while ago, but no one has responded.

Help with what and a link to my post

@LaserHydra
Code:[Oxide] 18:10 [Error] BetterChat.cs(554,16): error CS0102: The type `Oxide.Plugins.BetterChat' already contains a definition for `Clans'
-
Did you edit the script

Rust:IO | Page 151 | Oxide I updated my rust server and then when I tried to sign into rust io, it wouldn't work. The button that says "sign in through steam" isn't showing up.

already answered it

So my BetterChat data and config folder are either empty or do not appear when i install the plugin.
-
Make sure you upload the plugin to your oxide/plugins folder and you have oxide installed
-
I am uploading it directly to the plugins folder under oxide and all my other plugins work so i know oxide is installed but it still isnt working
-
you sure it does not have a (1) in the file name
-
Plugin name was "BetterChat.cs" i renamed it to "BetterChat.cs" and it worked. i hate my life.
-
both of them are the same if it did have (1) make sure you delete the config with the same thing in it
-
Exactly my point
-
for some reason a player gets his admin rank back after restarts.
I think I am doing it right: oxide.usergroup remove playername admin
After I use the command his rank is removed, but after restart it is given back.
is there something else I can do to make sure it stays off? -
Must of been something there you just did not see maybe a hidden symbol
[DOUBLEPOST=1467091669][/DOUBLEPOST]Its because he has auth level 2 if you want to fully remove you would need to remove his auth level
removeowner steamid64
then server.writecfg
then remove him from the group then he needs to relog -
