Hi,

For some reason when I add people to a group it is adding them to multiple other groups on top of the group I added them too. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you for your time

May the name of the group include the top ones name?

 

Humm nope, for example I added a staff member to the group "admin" and he is now some how in the groups "admin" "mod" and "elite". Same as I added an elite member to the group "elite" and he is now also in the groups "admin" "mod" and "elite".
I have added a copy of the data file I am using.

I'd try sorting the groups in priority from highest to lowest and if this doesn't work, the other direction.
By the way, if your remove them manually or set "ignoreifnothighestpriority" does it care in wich groups they are?

U may try to reload the plugin or reinstall (save the configs!) it.
What version do you use and is the plugin loaded by Oxide?

 

You may have granted the permission * to the admin group?

 

The permissions granted per group should not have an effect on which group is assigned, isnt it?

EDIT: I tried this myself on my server and if I add permission * to a group, the player is added to every group using one of all permissions.

It seems not only group Admin has assigned the permission * in your case.

 

hi, clan tags dont show ?

 

I'm going to have to say this plugin was much more stable prior to becoming universal for Oxide. Reloading this plugin causes lag/server lapses like no other. Taking several minutes after a server boot to have this plugin load is crazy.

The same thing happens to me :/

 

no groups/tags show upgrading from 4.1.11 to 4.1.13 also it froze the server for 5 mins during update

 

reinstall the plugin but does not work.
