    Yea I climbed it, just dont found plugin called Fly and admin teleport.

    "Teleporation System" for teleporting, and most of the Fly plugins are abandoned as Rust has it's own spectate mode.

    I can fly as admin with use shift + L, but i got ban :), I just need as admin help to players and tpr is so nubed for admin.

    You'd need to exclude yourself from any anti-cheat plugins you are using. Rust itself will not ban you for using it's own spectate mode.
