If we assign a number like 0.5, would that provide 50% XP reduction? Or does this only boost?

Thanks Wulf, now could you make me a rust plugin that doesn't allow you to repair an item unless you can make said item or if that is too difficult a plugin that only gives you a small chance of repairing an item if you cant make it say 5% chance success or the item is destroyed forever

Having a bit of difficulty getting the plugin to run. I have the latest oxide update live and on my TCAdmin, the plugin doesn't seem to have a configuration file. I noted your other post and assumed I installed it incorrectly, but after my 5th attempt I have given up.
Is there a different way to configure the file? Or have I gone about this the wrong way... Any help will be appreciated! -

Thank you for the swift reply, however I'm not very familiar with the logs as I'm not very pc literate, so I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for. Could you shed some light here?
I can assure you that I have the plugin installed on the directory located in server/myserverid/oxide/plugins and there is no configuration file. I attempted to reinstall once more to no avail. -

I'm hoping this is the correct file!

I recently took over the server and the gent before me didn't really have the time to resolve the issues so I'm getting started now aha! I'll remove all copies and try again. Thank you.
Is there a simple way to update them or will I have to uninstall and reinstall them all (off topic I know so it will be my only cheeky question!) -
