Wulf updated XpBooster with a new update entry:

    0.4.2

  3. If we assign a number like 0.5, would that provide 50% XP reduction? Or does this only boost?

It's a multiplier, so technically you'd have base amount times 0.5, which would generally result in a reduction.

  5. Thanks Wulf, now could you make me a rust plugin that doesn't allow you to repair an item unless you can make said item or if that is too difficult a plugin that only gives you a small chance of repairing an item if you cant make it say 5% chance success or the item is destroyed forever :)

    Plugin Requests section. ;)

  7. Having a bit of difficulty getting the plugin to run. I have the latest oxide update live and on my TCAdmin, the plugin doesn't seem to have a configuration file. I noted your other post and assumed I installed it incorrectly, but after my 5th attempt I have given up.

Is there a different way to configure the file? Or have I gone about this the wrong way... Any help will be appreciated!

Check your oxide/logs for errors. The plugin does have a config file, which is generated automatically when the plugin is successfully loaded.

  9. Thank you for the swift reply, however I'm not very familiar with the logs as I'm not very pc literate, so I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for. Could you shed some light here?

I can assure you that I have the plugin installed on the directory located in server/myserverid/oxide/plugins and there is no configuration file. I attempted to reinstall once more to no avail.

If you can upload the latest (dated) oxide_ log here, I'll take a look.

  11. I'm hoping this is the correct file!

Looks like you have a good bit of outdated plugins, and Rust:IO as well. For XpBooster, make sure you only have one copy of it, and that the filename is XpBooster.cs, not XpBooster (3).cs or similar.

  13. I recently took over the server and the gent before me didn't really have the time to resolve the issues so I'm getting started now aha! I'll remove all copies and try again. Thank you.

Is there a simple way to update them or will I have to uninstall and reinstall them all (off topic I know so it will be my only cheeky question!)

Just download the updated version and overwrite the old, the server will do the heavylifting. Just make sure Windows doesn't throw random numbers into the name from downloading multiple copies. ;)

  15. Still no luck with the configuration file! Must be doing something wrong...!

I am looking in the right place? Server/myserveridentity/oxide/config

That would be where it is, if you have your server.identity set to myserveridentity.

  17. I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks for the help any way dude! Much appreciated

  18. 1.0 is default rust setting?

1.0 is the default multiplier, but 1 x anything is still the original amount. ;)

  20. haha touché
