Solved Who owns house / cupboard

Hello i would like to know if there is a way to know who have build the house and who put the cupboard any one know a plugin who can do that at time?

Ooopps got error with r-remover:
File: r-remover.lua Line: 19 attempt to call field 'GetStaticPropertyGetter' (a nil value):

i add i already put oxmin but that don't remove the error
oxmin too do an error like:

i try the 1st solution sad because r-remover have all function in 1 that i wanted :/

And for the new version plugin i get:
