Solved What is correct way to add an Admin?

After reading several posts it seems there is some confusion on how to properly add an Admin. I am the owner an have added myself as such. Now I'm ready to add a friend of mine as Admin. What would the line I put in the RustAdmin look like?

 

Are admins counted as owners ? I see nothing that specifies an Admin?
