The plugin is crap, even the color of the tag cannot be changed

 

i even copied other peoples configs and still dont work

 

Need help can i get an type of code advise none of my admin or moderator tags are popping up in the chat. i want color in them but i just want tags at the moment please help

 

i have put steamid but and reload the plugin and no thing happened whats the problem
