Vehicles not spawning

Hi all ,
Just having an issue on a server with current pop of around 5players and no vehicles are spawning in the towns.
is there a setting to adjust this or does it require a certain amount of players for them to spawn?

Items and vehicles spawn at a rate proportional to players in the server, stuff will be there just in small quantities

 

i have the same problem vehicules not spawning

 

If you have 10+ players on server, you need to wait until vehicles and other loot will spawn in RT. I have 25+ players and have many Roaches and Goat's in RadTowns.

 

I have around 20 players and after 12 hours nothing

Players are starting to QQ .... I run oxide with no mods :/

I didn't see a SOLVED beside the thread. Thread Author can do that by himself. Don't request to close something if you don't know if its solved.
