Hello, I have installed the plugin and granted myself the permission however when i use the command it does not do anything. Just says its a unknown command.

 

Try it in rcon console fo ex. Rust Admin... It only prints in console, not in game, also if you have alos of plugin and Oxide page sometimes is humping on latency/ping (long page loads) the plugin it self needs some time to get info about versions or me it works for the past few months nonstop

Reload the plugin and try again.

 

when i type in the command nothing happens and i reload the plugin and everything

 

i get same thing i think it might need an update

 

I've tried typing /updates in chat, console and rcon and i don't get anything. I have permissions. Sorry i'm retarded but what exactly do i type and where. Thanks in advance.

 

You should be getting some kind of error message. In game console doesn't really give any useful info if something is wrong, if you do 'oxide.reload Updater'

What do you get?

 

Would there be a way to write a script on my Linux box, that ran the update command, and displayed its output in my terminal/CLI? Its a lot more convenient for me that way, as when I'm doing server administration stuff, I'm always in the CLI.
