Solved Unsure how to create a modded server

So i tried to make a modded server but a bunch of errors kept coming up, and i was looking for a answer and it turned out i've been missing alot of files. I'll be fair, i have no idea how to make a server, only thing i could do is play my own vanilla, but i am more interested in modded servers, could anyone give me a hand maybe over discord or skype?

The tutorials i found were for older versions

 

All videos on youtube are wrong as they are either out of date because of many changes or the video is so wrong it messes up the files that it causes files to have many errors @ah yes a perfect succ if you want help I can over skype
