Randomly when playing on my server, players and I will come across an error. It doesn't allow us to use the blueprint, or any items. When we take them out they are invisible, the blue print doesn't have the little blue / red showing you where you can place, and when you take out any other item it doesn't show. Taking out a gun and firing does nothing either. Simply restarting the game fixes this, I believe one of my addons are causing this. I'm just not sure which one.
