TimeWarning: SteamNetworking.IsP2PPacketAavailable

i have been receiving "TimeWarning: SteamNetworking.IsP2PPacketAavailable took 0.01 seconds (8ms)" in my rcon, its showing up as yellow. also my server has been restarting randomly. any idea what this is or what could be causing a restart?
