Universal Time-based chat color

I know how to change the chat colour but is it possible to have a plugin that uses different colours depending on server time? Like darker in the day and lighter in the night?

 

Its possible ... but i dont remember how to change the chat colour...

 

Could maybe go for a plugin like this... Had that Idea already but I didnt work on it yet

 

i dont have time now already done 2 plugins i will mass upload one day

 

xD, just saying I got 9 right now and its already pretty hard to administrate all. Idk how dahell @Reneb is doing that xD
