Solved Teleport locations open for all

So i'm working on a Pure PvP server. and wanted to make it easiere for people to find eachother. therefore i want to make some Teleport locations like Airport, Sphere tank and so on open for all to teleport to.

Which type of command do i use to make that happen?
I've looked into some teleport plugins. and haven't really found anything usefull.
