Rust Team plugin

Hello,
Me and some of my friends are going to stream rust this Saturday we need a basic plugin for an event we would like to do however.

If you die and respawn you get a pistol + mp5 and some ammo.
your cloths are a yellow hazmat suit.
Every player in the game is on this team which is team yellow.

UNLESS they are admin then they spawn with same load out but a scientist suit instead.

Team yellow can't loot team blue and team blue can't loot team yellow.



Then what I would like is a simple command like "/koh chest"
when team yellow open this chest a circul of flares drop around it
and there is a CUI in game saying that the match has been won by : user

it would be awsome if each team had a little kill count or something as well but thats not needed.
