nop, not really sure you can.
just type in the console:
say "MESSAGE HERE"

I've tested it but after installing the the plugin , this is what I got from console :

You must be a player to use this command.

lol , when using the following command => spectate.player PlayerName from Rusty program

I was logged in game as admin (Auth leve l 2) .

What am I doing wrong?

 

You can't run it from Rusty, you need to run it from the in-game console (F1) if you want to use the console command.

The config is default auth level 1 and I can't get the command spectate.player to work on any auth level.

 

This plugin is broken with the new UI.

Your plug-in sounds great! Can you please add it as a command for admins such as /spectate [name]?

 

Getting reports from my players, they can see me spectating them.

 

It is à command , but in the console because before you couldnt write as spectator.
And ok i'll look wtf is happening
