SkipNightVote [Replaced]

Can confirm since installing this mod my server has had no natural air-drops or heli-spawns - Removing Mod until updated

 

Is this plugin being maintained? I just added it yesterday and if the vote fails, the vote starts every five mins even after sunrise. See screenshot.

Don't know if it has been suggestion, but I have the following:
- Would it be possible to add a option that only those that vote will be counted in the %
- Would it be possible to have the poll only once instead of a repeat every x amount of minutes (0 didn't work at least)

Can someone add a chat command /votenight that can be done anytime and allows players to make it night if they like?
