    You need to open the console and type:

    grant user YOURNAME signartist.url

    OR

    grant group GROUPNAME(default = everyone can use it) signartist.url

    ok so does the permission need to be at the end or ??? will this revoke all permissions to group

    In the example you quoted, oxide.reload would be replaced (it's an example, as mentioned on the tutorial) with the permission you want to revoke. So, look at the Overview for Sign Artist and see which permissions you want to revoke that you granted, then plug them into that command with the group you want to revoke them from.

    Make sure you are using a direct image URL, not a page with an image on it.

    When i do the command the picture doesn't show up on the sign, I do /sil then the url and then nothing happens. When I copy the image do I copy the image address or the link?

    These are my options (I'm on google images) I either do "Copy Image Address" or "Copy Link." Are those options I'm choosing not right?
