I first downloaded the one from the toppage [Info("Sign Artist", "Bombardir", "0.2.3", ResourceId = 992)]
and and I tried Galgenjunges tip and yours. To be sure I de- and reloaded the plugin with this result:

[Oxide] 10:03 PM [Info] Permission 'sil_url' doesn't exist

perhaps I should quit my plan to bring this to life and go to the retirement home

it works.
I stoped and copied it in again. Galgenjunges Version was the one which worked these commands were the right:
> grant group vip signartist.sil_cd

Its huge problem as i cant even remove it because it kicks me also... I tried unloading SignArtist. didnt help at all.

i know your problem. just remove Storage.db and remove SignArtist too.
all pictures was save in Storage.db

I will change it. xD I thought that one <PluginName> .permission is better
