Setting up a Rust server with Windows

I did your tutorial but i haven't server.cfg and I would like to use this mod because have lot of plugins but i don't know what to do
I did unzip on my main directory and i overwrite files from "RustDedicated_Data\Managed" -

And there i can see 5 folders and the folder called config from there haven't nohing inside.
When i enter in my server i don't see nothing from oxide it looks as a normal server without mod. -

I get some red errors since yesterday. Any ideas?

Server stuck at "updating spawn handler"
Its been like this for 10 minutes now.
Any ideas. -
I have had that happen with some seeds and maps over 4000 size on my test server. It eventually got past that and loaded.

There were a good bit of changes, mainly with the console system, that affect Oxide. We're working to get a build out as soon as possible.

I couldnt Côme on oxide tonight to give them my stuff
