Even when i make one change to the default text, even just change the spelling of a word, it does not change even upon full server restart. Any ideas?

 

Mine wasn't working because even though the JSON was valid, I was missing a couple of indexes from the JSON. I fixed it by, slowly making changes to the default one and testing those on the server each time.

 

Clutching at straws now...

What text editor are you using?
Do you use FTP to download and edit your files? If so, which FTP program and is it uploading them correctly?

 

Anybody have the issue where there's a haze over everything?

I cannot figure this out for the life of me. If it helps, the main part is a .jpg image, tried changing it to .png but no luck.

You're welcome. Is it the kind of effect in this post from the previous page? My background image also looks washed out since sometime in the last month. I think it could be something that the Rust devs have done and isn't a plugin issue at all.

Figured out my issue . My server host (clanforge) doesn't allow me to upload plugins directly , they have them pre uploaded via the server portal. The default config they had was for an older version and in the wrong place with the wrong name. I copied someone's from this thread and now it works (I'm an idiot)

Still having issues with this plugin. Users are unable to click close sometimes without having to rejoin the server. issue only seems to affect 1 player at a time

 

could someone take a loot at this and help me figure out which line is screwing up the rest? i think it's somewhere on my 2nd page. i've been trying for hours now.
