@Wulf Hud doesn't cover the actual hud though, so full screen UI will be covered by health, inventory and xp UI

I looked through the plugins for about half hour and couldn't find anything that allows a UI like that.

I can't find it listed either it must be unsupported now but here it is. Have fun with the config

There are a few versions in the support thread, just read it to grab one you want. Some of them have slight UI changes, but they all work and load.

Wulf just out of curiosity why would a useful/popular plugin like this be removed from the list, did the author remove it?
