Server restart on system time?

Sometimes a server crashes and shutdown at a certain time in seconds, and my schedule of restarts remains knocked down.. I would like to server restart depending on the system clock. It possible?

 

Not with a plugin. Plugins only work when the server is running. I know there are ways with bat files when you have a dedicated server though this is not available for hosting at a company (at least not the ones I found). Companies often provide a menu where you can add a schedule for your server for when to restart it though this is normally a forced restart and does not save the world so you would need to calculate it in a way the server saves right before the restart or have the people know about the rollbacks that might happen.
