Solved Server not starting with Oxide (not installed)

hi Wulff just wanted to give the humble oxide now with plugins works and it was only 3.8 mb in size this problem .... it is called mono-2.0.dll had the root initially nich so I have downloaded and rust had the resulting set only in the x86 directory and not available in the x64 directory so the RustDedicated_Data \ Managed \ x64 I had to put it, and now it comes .... the solution was simply too easy if you think in retrospect it does
