I dunno how the server declares itself to the list, but it might be sending the local address... and since it can't reach it, it's being removed from the list.
That said, like Wulf said the list is 200 server long and there are thousands of servers out there... so... could have nothing to do with the ip or setup.
Solved Server not listed, map not working, but can connect

I never had an issue with the old server in my home though, I can bring it up in mere 2 minutes and BAM it will be seen on both lists in less than 2 minutes. Rust and RustIO clearly have an issue when it comes to servers running a NAT configuration.

I replay to here because i'm having the same issue.
My server is running under local networking adresse like 192.168.x.x, and i connect to my server by NAT translations.
When i plug-in RustiIO dll and launch my server the ip shown in the game is not the good one.... my serer.ip is blank cause i m on local and i can't set it to the public adresse (cause of the NAt you imagine right).
I ve search on the proxy configuration but there is no really information about it and the problem of lyganesh is exactly the same as me.
Every thing is working fine, listing rust server, rustio map at the public adress, etc... but the adresse of the map in the game is not the good one.
As this topic is write as solved, what was the resolution ? and do you have a fix to correct this problem ?
Best regards. -

Yes, it's alright in fact, I m so noob in the server configuration so that i was thinking the adress of the map displayed at start was the fact of rust.io but it was the notifier plugin who set the url map to the server.ip adresse and in the code ni where it can be changed ....
So everything fine, it works very fine.
Thanks for your work and for your prompt answer.
