Server isn't appearing on the modded tab

What's your server IP address?

 

try either:
client.connect 10.0.0.50:28015
OR
client.connect 73.225.94.224:28015

 

It seems to me that you don' know much about this.

Ok so the first one is your IPv4 address. Meaning only people connected to the same network (router or whatever) can use this to connect to your server. Port forwarding is not needed for this

The second IP is your public IP. That can be used by anyone anywhere in the world to connect to your server if you port forwarded correctly.

It seems your server does get listed:

 

use 0.0.0.0 for ip4 in router and firewall

I checked your port 28015 and its closed
