yeah ik, we have an issue with paypal where that line saying that group 'said user' was 'not' necessarily added to the group/given the kit/perm they paid for because it was on a separate line and generated by something else other than sdonate. Which is complete bs

 

Was working fine for me up until sometime this morning. I woke up and console was spamming

Noticing the store page is down as well. Any news or info on this? Nothing had been updated or changed in the last 48 hours and logs show nothing other than this error beginning and spamming. Tried a reload and makes no difference.

 

Yeah ours has been spamming this continuously for the past 7.5hrs. Could have been longer. I haven't had any complaints of packages not being reeived so far.

 

As of now it has stopped spamming on my end, had one donor manage to make it through but it didnt automate, and the other one had to do direct to my paypal. I'd like to say its fine now but havent had any recent donations to base it off of. I guess we will chalk this one down to network issues for the Holidays?

Still not working, as posted on ScriptFodder, Webmaster said the auto domain renewal wasn't set up correctly and was causing downtime. Because of this I went ahead and purchased sDonate again on a different account so I could set it up on my own web server. Huh, funny thing is, it wont give me my API key until I confirm my email, but the email confirmation link leads to a dead server... Lets hope this gets fixed soon, or I'm going to be fuming. 3-4 days so far of their hosting going up/down...

 

1st up u shouldnt have to repurchase just to set it up on your own server.Lastly getting any help from the admin of Sdonate is Zero.
Ive sent numerous emails in the past and even tried contacting them on here - no luck whatsoever.

 

Well... Anyone ever encountered this issue and know how to fix it?
Background: Went through set up multiple times, im 100% positive the data base is setup correctly and the user has full access, and the installation went correctly. This error message comes up when I try to log in via steam. Also I have set my steam id in the config.php and it is correct, I didnt put a user or pass tho, because in the comments it says "not needed if you put the steam ID above".

SDonate is working and I see that it checks the server every 30 seconds (which is quite annoying and clogs up my apache logs), but when someone donates I get the money but SDonate doesn't recognize that they purchased anything and nothing is added to the statistics on the SDonate site. I have to go into SDonate admin page and use the "Give Package" option and then it will automatically run the command to give it to them. Any idea what my issue is?

 

Im not completely sure, probably an issue with your PayPal email? Have you tried setting up the sandbox mode, so you can test if transactions are going through?

On a side not are you using their hosting or your own?

 

I'm using my own hosting. The transactions are working, I receive the money. The problem is SDonate isn't recognizing that they bought anything.. the SDonate statistics don't update and the command never runs to give them the item. Anytime I receive a PayPal payment I have to manually login to SDonate and use the "Give Package" button to manually assign them the package.

UPDATE: I figured it out. I had IPN messages disabled. I turned them on and everything works perfectly now not sure how I didn't notice that I went through everything like 3 times.

Am i doing something wrong? Someone purchased the kit, yet they didn't get any of the BP's.

It says you can fully customize your theme with html/css but i can not find that option anywhere.

SDonate has been updated as of 1/9/18 and now works with updated SQL servers (meaning it works with MySQL strict mode).

Anyone having trouble login into their accounts on sdonate ? or for that matter gmodstore (scriptfodder) ??

 

I think this is a problem with steam's login api as i cant login with steam anywhere

 

So it isn't just me. Cool to know. Hope they fix the issue.
