Rust Server stopped showing up on list

So I rent from GameServerKings and my Rust server stopped showing up on their list. Steam and Oxide both fully up to date. I am leaning towards blaming the fact I don't have a dedicated IP, however I thought I would ask if before I get a dedicated IP through them if I should switch hosts or stick with GameServerKings. Suggestions?

 

could this be due to having to set server.secure false so people can connect? did that in turn get me taken off the game servers list?
