I'm getting this error. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Kits.cs(8,12): error CS0234: The type or namespace name `Xp' does not exist in the namespace `Rust'. Are you missing an assembly reference?

Hello, im playing like owner and i cant create kits, it says you dont have access to this command, what can i do?
