i made a group Vip then i made kit vip and i am wondering how do i give group vip permission to use kit vip

 

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I created an NPC-Only kit, I go to the NPC and when I click on him it pulls up the kit menu. When I click redeem I get the chat error message:
"You must find the NPC that gives this kit to redeem it."
I know I'm at the right NPC because otherwise it wouldn't pull up the kit menu.

 

All answers are in the kit plugin check the last few pages

 

Getting this issue (Screenshot) When I place my new kits into the server. It's also a valid jason and no issues coming on JSONLint which is what I use to check all my coding before I upload on the server. Any sort of help would be excellent, thanks in advanced!

 

Already fixed your kit file and config over pm just make sure you check your work you done a lot of mistakes

 

my plugin works , i create the kits, admin. auto and kit, they work ok until i have a server restart then they all disappear, it does not take that long to recreate them but if the server is restarted by the server host i dont find out till the next time i am on,

 

i did
/kit add "vip"
/kit xp 1
/kit items description "VIP reward" permission Kits.vip then when i try to give vip the perms to use kit it says Kits.vip "doesnt exist"

 

upload the kits file from your data folder

 

when i trfy anything it says i dont have access to this command ..how do i give my self access

I'm having this issue also right now,

 

according to my server host i am supposed to enter a command through the console to save the kit, BUT as the kit is created through "chat" as in overview page it wont work
, is there a chat command that will make it save the "kit" created ?
Mine used to save it when it was created with no problems at all but since the latest game update it doesnt

 

Kits will be saved on 2 cases:

1. Kits reset
2. Kits modification, adding, changing,...

 

They are not being saved at all, after i have created them i check all the config files where there is a kit.json file and none of them have my created kits in them, I have talked to my server host and they have told me they have fixed the problem hut its still the same, when i restart the server the kits disappear, dont have any problems so long as the server is on, as for kits changing (/kit edit "kitname" or /kit add "kitname" ) i follow the instructions in the overview page with no problems,

 

upload kits.json from your data folder and kits.json from your config folder and the kits.cs from your plugins folder and if you cant upload these then talk to your host to email these files to you so you can upload them here

 

Thank you for your help Resistance , but unless the plugin itself is updated with a new version number any attempts to fix it will be pointless, they have informed me that they will not install any files from forum pages,
you might find the file "conversation so far" enlightening to that regard

 

Is there any way you can delete all kit files and upload the script again as new? if so I will get your skype info come into your server make some kits for you
You can also tell your host this command server.writecfg has nothing to do with saving kits this is when you add an admin to the users.cfg file so it will save that info
