Thanks for your effort but, error on startup;

thanks for your last but there is still problem with plugin.

For example I just type /name ADMIN and get confirmation message in chat but nothing change. when I check online players or type something in server I saw that; my name is still same and nothing change.

I disconnect server and re-connect for deeply check it next step and notice that; name changed as ADMIN means that; plugin can not change name in server realtime but working with next connection. Then I try to /nameoff and /NameOff but again name do not change(it just saying in chat "name changed") - I disconnect and re-connect for check it again but name was still same ADMIN (i.e. even nothing change with next connection)

In the light of above said, I can say that; plugin changing your name which will effect on next connection only and there is no way to nameoff for turn back original name

need to be fix pls.

PS: no error on startup and in console

I am using the last update as well with last oxide version, and it reminds me the old days in which you use the command and nothing happens lol.

I will keep testing with restarts

I will once I get a chance Wulf , so once I can check what's going on I will let it known and see if that helps anyone else .

 

any update for this pls?

I don't know about you guys, but I don't like this new version, what did you do to it man? This /nameoff is very confusing and when I re-log it keeps my changed name... no good.

Is there a way to turn off the auto renaming after re-connection?

I'm thinking of switching to the older version assuming it still works.

 

I did exactly what you read in the plugin Overview.

/NAME - stores a default name for you, so whel you re-log you will use that name.
/TEMPNAME - changes your name instantly, so you will use it until you re-log or use /NAMEOFF.
/NAMEOFF - revert your name back to the one stored with /NAME.

Don't know why that isnt good for u... why you simply doesn't choose a default admin name like me and others do to use as default? Or maybe a player name so no one will recognize u as admin on login and you could change your name as you please.

The last oxide did changed some ways of how the functions work, so I will test it and report here.

Just tested here @SeatiX no issues found! Tell me which errors are ocurring and which commands did u tried to generate those errors.

 

Does this update change the color of your name as admin to match the color of everyone else's names in chat? If so, is it your temp name, or name that's the same color, or both?
