Rust Rocket control with spotlight

if anyone knows somebody that can code a plugin for me such as MRLS which would be a spotlight with a box up under it that you were stick rockets inside of to raid bases you would control the spotlight but it will be for Rockets if someone can please help me with this or leave me in the right direction if you have any questions of what I am talking about please message me TYVM

Id love to see this as an actual plug in. I just saw it today MLRs system was cool!
