I have the following set in timed execute and wondered if I could reduce the rain a bit or completely as it is causing lag
"TimerOnce": {
"weather.rain 0": 35,
"weather.clouds 0": 40,
"weather.fog 0": 45,
"weather.wind 0": 50
},
"TimerRepeat": {
"rw random": 7200

i simply cannot get this thing to work with timed execute. Though i don't have any clue where in timed executes to paste this since timed executes conf file looks different. there is nothing similar so i don't know where to paste those..

Install timed exec, then in the oxide config folder you should have the timedexec.json file.
Mine is like this
{
"EnableInGameTime-Timer": false,
"EnableRealTime-Timer": false,
"EnableTimerOnce": true,
"EnableTimerRepeat": true,
"InGameTime-Timer": {
},
"RealTime-Timer": {
},
"TimerOnce": {
"weather.rain 0": 35,
"weather.clouds 0": 40,
"weather.fog 0": 45,
"weather.wind 0": 50
},
"TimerRepeat": {
"rw random": 7200
}

I got 5 people on the server, this causes lag. How is this usable for anyone?
-
... this problem is NOT the plugin, its the rain in RUST. Turn Rain off and u havent Problems !
-
-
same with raining in house or other closed building ! alltime more guns, tanks, cars but not fixed rain or other bugs ! with every unnecessary update rust is more boring
they spend to much time in bullshit items and not in fixed bugs ...

Question, why is in game timer part of the config if you arent supposed to use it
-
Hello. I like this plugin but it is a pity that it reduces fps considerably. A solution to solve this problem?

... the FPS goes only higher down, if u use the Rain.
Weather only with Clouds, Wind and Fog will not laggy the Server. Its not Problem of the PlugIN, its bad Problem of RUST !
This is the best Weather Plugin i ever seen, but RUST make with Rain and then the laggy Server the Plugin most Time unusable ! -

Ok ... noob question here ... where exactly do I put that config code? What folder and what filename?
Can I assume it goes into the config folder and the filename is TimedExecute.json?
