I keep getting this and there are no players in the game, it keeps spamming the console

Wulf updated RealisticFall with a new update entry:

2.0.0

Re-written in C#, and taken over from original author due to being unmaintained.

Commands currently do no exist to edit the config, but you can still edit manually and reload the plugin after.

Fixed the default configuration using the wrong setting name. I'd recommend deleting the old config file for this update to avoid confusion.
