Its impossible that you are running a reinstall of the plugin, the error you showed is from the python version which is no longer supported. Delete all of your current Notifier files and isntall the new version-

 

As skin said and I knew you where not running the latest update your script. There is nothing more to be said on this

When i try to load it it says error on line 6

 

Why dont you just post the error here? Its easier for me to be certain of what it is.

Oxide is out of date if you watch all plugins and oxide then you will get an alert when an update comes out

Is it possible to implement high scores for clans? Maybe just PvP Kills, Deaths, KDR?

Otherwise Great Plugin, very well written. Did some minor tweaks but nothing worth sharing.
