Changed command names. All commands will now start with /boss. You can use both /boss and /boss help to get a list of available commands and see what changed.

Changed formatting information for bosses. This allows for changes for each individual boss.

Changed DamageDone to DamageMultiplier.

Changed DamageTaken to DefenseMultiplier.

Changed multipliers now being an exact value instead of a percentage.

Changed Lang message keys.
