Hi this plugin is not working for my server.. Can I get any help?

For some reason, this plugin does not have any impact on my server whatsoever.

As you can see, it loads in perfectly though it does not do anything to the server. When trying to stack ramps on top of each other, there is simply no restriction. I have the latest version of Oxide 2 for Rust Legacy. I am not logged into RCON or autoadmin so there is no bypassing.

Anyone able to help?
