    Tried disableing every Norton option, aswell as windows defender still doesnt help.
    Could it be some other software interfering, if so what could it be?

    The compiler is rarely updated, so unless you haven’t updated in the past few months to a year this generally wouldn’t be the case.

    Seeing your full log would be helpful for us to help you.

    Looks fine according to the logs, so the only thing that would be potentially causing it for you is either security software or permissions.
