Hi is there any way to print "{" and "}" letters like this with the PrintToChat command in c#?

It should work fine, but you may need to escape them. See http://oxidemod.org/threads/rust-broadcastchat-does-not-work.7482/page-2#post-76363 for more examples. When using {} around something, C# thinks you are going to substitute that with something else following the string.
