Players can't build, objects breaking

about 11 hours after the patch players can no longer build, the objects break as if unstable yet its on a foundation. c4/rockets do no damage. its very strange.

Anyone else have these issues?

its what mugi said, i didnt think it was possible since it had only been 5 days since the last wipe. but ive taken some changes to avoid it in the future
