Universal PayPal donation automation (paid $$$)

Hello,

I've setup the donation buttons though I was wondering if someone could setup the IPN so that when someone donates it automatically adds their Tag + permissions?

The server isn't pay to win or anything, I would just love it if my system was automatic.

Considering the high urgency of needing this done I am willing to pay up to $15 for this.

 

what about using DonationClaim | Oxide ?

 

Tried but I just get constant errors and most people say it's hard without SQL being on the same box.
