Oxide for pre-release

Is there a cheap developer which can make oxide for pre-release?(Until component sistem get live )

I just need oxide with kits/tpr /gather .

Can some1 tell me if thats "easy" to do or it take lots of time.If its take lots of time i cant afford its price i guess.

You'll need to patch it your self, unless someone else has a build for you.
